1. Purpose of the websites
The websites describe the work of the bureau, an engineering supply bureau, and of its steel products division TAMINOTA STEEL, and let you send a request. The catalogue, the standards reference tables, the mass calculator and the process descriptions are informational.
2. Catalogue and prices are not an offer
Information on catalogue items, specifications, images, stock, indicative lead times and any prices on the websites do not constitute a public offer and do not oblige the bureau to enter into a contract. Availability, specifications, price and delivery terms are confirmed only in the specification that the bureau prepares in response to your request, and in the contract. 4. Standards reference tables
The GOST, GB and ASTM correspondence tables and other technical information on the websites are compiled from the published texts of the standards and serve for preliminary orientation. The correspondence of grades and sizes for a particular delivery is determined by the specification and the manufacturer's certificates, not by a table on the website. The bureau is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the reference tables without a specification.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, illustrations, mark and design of the websites belong to the bureau or are used with the permission of the rights holders.
