We source an analogue by photo, part number or drawing: measurement, three options, our recommendation. Custom sourcing cycle — 6–10 weeks including inspection and delivery.
The lot is inspected at the factory before shipment: geometry, material per certificate, marking, packing. Every point comes with a photo report, lot number in frame. Failed — not shipped.
Your choice: reassembly of the order or refund of the prepayment within 10 business days. If reassembly costs more, we agree the difference in writing before production starts.
