The plant builds a whole line rather than selling machines one by one: from the quartz sand conveyor and wet grinding to the forming machine, the autoclave and demolding. So you can ask it both for a turnkey line and for a single unit to replace a worn one — the parameters of the neighboring stages are already calculated by the maker.

  How the production is organized

  • Wet grinding unit: ball mills Ø1.83×7 m at 5–6 t/h and Ø2.2×9 m at 7–8 t/h
  • Raw material dosing: three-point weighing up to 2500 kg, tolerance ±5 kg, PLC control
  • Paper stock preparation: hydrapulpers ZGS-3 … ZGS-35, 3–35 m³, 9–180 t/day
  • Forming line: 90 kW main drive, mesh cylinders, vacuum and press rolls
  • Automation: HD touch panels, PLC, the whole line run by four operators per shift

  How it is checked before shipment

  • Sheet thickness is set by an electronic gauge and held by a magnetic valve
  • Stock freeness is controlled at SR 25–45° with fiber length 1.6–2.7 mm
  • Sand fineness — 200–250 mesh, residue on a 4900 openings/cm² sieve 6–10%

  We are the only supplier of this plant’s products in Uzbekistan. The contract is with the plant, not through intermediaries.
